These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement", or "Terms of Service") govern your access to and use of the Yahya-Marketplace website, applications, services, marketplace features, communication systems, advertisements, listings, payment-related features, verification systems, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using Yahya-Marketplace, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies displayed on the Platform.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately stop using Yahya-Marketplace.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you agree that:

Yahya-Marketplace may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts where it reasonably believes that an account is being operated by a person who is not eligible to use the Platform.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

6. LISTINGS

Users may be permitted to create listings for eligible products or services.

Every listing must accurately represent the item being offered.

Listings should include, where applicable:

Accurate title
Accurate description
Correct price
Appropriate category
Accurate location
Genuine photographs
Relevant condition information
Important defects or limitations
Accurate contact/communication information

You must not intentionally hide important defects or provide misleading information.

7. PROHIBITED LISTINGS

Yahya-Marketplace may prohibit or remove listings involving illegal, dangerous, fraudulent, restricted, or otherwise inappropriate goods or services.

Examples may include:

Illegal drugs
Stolen property
Counterfeit goods
Fraudulent documents
Fake identification documents
Weapons prohibited by applicable law
Explosives
Dangerous chemicals
Items obtained through criminal activity
Fraudulent financial instruments
Unauthorized financial services
Hacking services
Malware
Stolen accounts
Unauthorized access credentials
Pornographic or illegal sexual content
Human trafficking
Endangered wildlife
Any product or service prohibited by applicable law

Yahya-Marketplace may remove a listing whenever it reasonably believes the listing violates these Terms, applicable law, marketplace rules, or platform safety standards.

8. ACCURACY OF PRODUCT INFORMATION

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their listings are truthful and accurate.

Yahya-Marketplace does not guarantee that every listing is:

Authentic
Genuine
Safe
Legal
Available
Correctly described
Free from defects
Suitable for a particular purpose

Users should independently evaluate listings before entering into a transaction.

9. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY

Buyers should carefully review listings before purchasing.

Before completing a transaction, buyers should consider:

Product condition
Seller information
Product authenticity
Price
Warranty
Return conditions
Delivery arrangements
Payment method
Location
Any applicable taxes or fees

Buyers are encouraged to inspect products where practical and use safe transaction methods.

10. SELLER RESPONSIBILITY

Sellers are responsible for:

Ownership or lawful authority to sell the item.

Product quality and condition.
Lawful delivery or transfer.
Any warranties they personally provide.
Compliance with applicable laws.

Yahya-Marketplace does not automatically guarantee a seller's performance.

11. TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN USERS

Unless expressly stated otherwise, transactions are conducted directly between users.

Yahya-Marketplace may provide the technology that allows users to discover each other and communicate, but this does not necessarily mean that Yahya-Marketplace is the buyer, seller, manufacturer, distributor, owner, agent, or guarantor of products listed by users.

Any agreement between a buyer and seller is primarily between those parties.

12. PAYMENTS

Where payment functionality is available, payments may be processed through supported third-party payment providers or financial institutions.

Supported payment methods may change from time to time.

PIN
Card security code
Banking password
Mobile-wallet PIN
Authentication credentials

to another user claiming to represent Yahya-Marketplace.

Yahya-Marketplace will not normally ask users to disclose confidential authentication credentials through marketplace chat.

If someone requests such information, users should treat the request as potentially fraudulent.

14. FRAUD AND SCAMS

Yahya-Marketplace may implement systems designed to detect suspicious activity.

These systems may include:

Listing moderation
Account verification
Automated fraud detection
User reports
Manual review
Identity verification
Transaction monitoring where legally permitted
Device/security checks

However, no online marketplace can guarantee that every fraudulent activity will be detected or prevented.

15. VERIFIED OR APPROVED LISTINGS

A listing may be marked as approved, reviewed, verified, or otherwise moderated.

Such status does not necessarily constitute a guarantee that:

The seller is trustworthy.

The product is free from defects.
The transaction will be completed successfully.
The product will arrive safely.
The seller will honor all statements.

Verification or moderation means only that Yahya-Marketplace has performed the applicable review process according to its procedures.

16. IDENTITY / CNIC VERIFICATION

Yahya-Marketplace may request identity information, including CNIC-related information or documents, where necessary for security, verification, fraud prevention, compliance, or other legitimate purposes.

Users must provide genuine information when verification is requested.

Submitting someone else's identity documents without authorization is prohibited.

Yahya-Marketplace may reject verification where:

Information is inconsistent.
Documents appear altered.
Information cannot reasonably be verified.
Required information is missing.
The account appears suspicious.
Verification requirements are not satisfied.

Identity information will be handled according to the Platform's Privacy Policy and applicable law.

17. USER COMMUNICATION

Yahya-Marketplace may provide chat or messaging features.

Users must use communication features responsibly.

You must not use marketplace messaging to:

Harass someone.
Threaten someone.

Send malicious links.

Yahya-Marketplace may restrict messaging functionality where necessary for security, abuse prevention, moderation, or technical reasons.

18. REPORTING USERS OR LISTINGS

Users may report listings, accounts, messages, or other activity that they believe violates the Terms.

Reports should be truthful and made in good faith.

False, malicious, or abusive reporting may itself result in account restrictions.

Yahya-Marketplace may review reports and take action at its discretion, including:

Restricting accounts.
Suspending accounts.
Permanently terminating accounts.
Limiting messaging.
Blocking suspicious activity.
Referring matters to relevant authorities where appropriate.

19. REFUNDS

Refund availability depends on the specific transaction, payment method, service involved, and applicable refund policy.

Unless Yahya-Marketplace expressly provides a buyer-protection or refund program, Yahya-Marketplace does not automatically guarantee refunds for private transactions between users.

Users should carefully review any refund conditions shown before completing a payment.

20. CANCELLATIONS

A transaction may only be cancelled according to the applicable cancellation policy or agreement between the parties.

Yahya-Marketplace may cancel, suspend, or prevent transactions where it reasonably believes that:

Courier performance.
Loss or damage during shipping.
Seller packaging.
Buyer availability.

Where third-party delivery services are used, their own terms may apply.

22. LOCAL MEETUPS

Users meeting in person should take reasonable safety precautions.

Where practical, users should:

Meet in a public location.
Avoid isolated areas.
Inform someone they trust about the meeting.

Avoid carrying unnecessary cash.

Advertising placement does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of the advertised product or service.

Users should independently evaluate advertisements before interacting with advertisers.

25. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Yahya-Marketplace name, branding, logos, website design, graphics, software, layout, text, and other original Platform materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Users may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Platform materials without appropriate authorization.

User-submitted content remains subject to the rights of the user who owns it.

26. USER CONTENT

When you upload photographs, descriptions, videos, advertisements, reviews, messages, or other content, you represent that:

You have the right to submit the content.
The content does not knowingly violate another person's rights.
The content does not intentionally contain illegal material.
The content is not intentionally fraudulent or misleading.

By submitting content to Yahya-Marketplace, you grant the Platform permission to host, display, reproduce, format, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the marketplace, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

27. COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS

If you believe that content on Yahya-Marketplace infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, you may contact support with sufficient information to identify:

The protected work.
The allegedly infringing material.
Your contact information.
Your relationship to the rights holder.
Any other information reasonably required to investigate the complaint.

Yahya-Marketplace may remove or restrict content where appropriate.

28. REVIEWS AND RATINGS

Maintenance, technical failures, hosting problems, network failures, security incidents, updates, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

Marketplace performance can depend on demand, price, location, product category, competition, seasonality, and other factors.

39. USER DISPUTES

Buyers and sellers should first attempt to resolve transaction disputes directly and peacefully.

Yahya-Marketplace may provide support or mediation where such functionality is available.

However, unless expressly stated otherwise, Yahya-Marketplace does not guarantee resolution of private disputes.

Users remain responsible for complying with applicable laws concerning transactions.

40. FRAUD INVESTIGATIONS

54. FINAL USER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

You understand that Yahya-Marketplace is an online marketplace platform. You are responsible for your own listings, communications, purchases, sales, payments, and interactions with other users. You agree to use the Platform honestly, lawfully, responsibly, and respectfully.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use Yahya-Marketplace.

Yahya-Marketplace reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue Platform features and policies as permitted by applicable law.
