What is yahya-marketplace?

yahya-marketplace manages 5 data types including seller ratings. Helps you organize, track, and share your work in 1 place for teams and solo users.

Is Yahya Marketplace free to use?

Browsing listings is free. Optional paid services, such as promoting a listing, are clearly priced before you pay anything.

Do I need an account to browse?

You can browse listings and the PC Store without signing in. You need an account to post a listing, send a message, make an offer or place an order.

How does ad review work?

Every new listing is checked by our team before it appears publicly, so it stays in a pending state in your My Ads page until it is approved. Listings that break the rules are rejected with a reason.

Why was my listing rejected?

Common reasons are unclear or missing photos, an incomplete description, the wrong category, a duplicate listing, contact details inside images, or an item we do not allow on the marketplace.

How do I edit or remove my listing?

Open My Ads from the menu. From there you can edit the details or remove a listing you no longer want to show.

Why do you ask for CNIC verification?

Verification helps us confirm who is behind a listing before it goes live. Documents are used for verification purposes only and are not shown on your public listing.

How can I tell whether a seller is genuine?

Check whether the seller has passed verification, read the listing carefully, ask questions through chat, and always inspect the item in person before paying.

Does Yahya Marketplace handle payments between buyers and sellers?

For PC Store products and promoted listings, you pay Yahya Marketplace. For listings posted by other sellers, the price is agreed and paid directly between buyer and seller, so we do not hold or guarantee that money.

Should I ever pay in advance?

No. Never send an advance payment, booking fee or deposit to someone you have not met and whose item you have not inspected.

Inside a conversation you can send a price offer. The other side can accept, decline or counter it. An accepted offer means you have agreed a price with the seller. It is not a payment, and it does not reserve the item.

How do I report a suspicious listing or user?

Use the report option on the listing or in the conversation, or send us the details through the Complaints page. Include screenshots if you have them.

What does promoting a listing do?

A promotion gives your listing more visibility for the duration of the plan you choose. It does not guarantee views or a sale, and payment for it is reviewed before it is applied.

How are PC Store orders delivered?

Place the order, submit your payment proof, and follow the status from your orders page. You can track each order until it is delivered.

Trusted & Verified Marketplace
